Thats my Cake has the following trading hours:

Monday - Friday  9.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday 9.00 - 1.00pm

Deposit and payment

Thats my Cake requires a 50% deposit at time of ordering. This can be made through this website by credit card, over the phone by credit card or in person by credit card or cash.

The Balance is payable on pick up from the store or by credit card the day of delivery. If delivery is required we will retain your credit card details until order is shipped in order to charge the balance, reciepts for deposit and balance are attached to the cake box.

Stand Breakage

In the event of a stand being damaged or lost whilst hired the replacement cost will be billed to the customer's credit card. (between $45 and $85  depending on the size of stand)
