Flavours

At Thats my cake we pride ourselves on how delicious our cakes taste, our customers tell us that the cakes not only look fabulous but they were delicious also! - we agree that the "look" AND the flavour are equally important!

 

Chocolate mud

The consistency is less dense than a typical mud cake it is moist but still velvety in texture, it is our most popular flavour, not too rich  - suitable for children's cakes right through to wedding cakes to be used as dessert.  Suitable for all cake designs

 

Red Velvet

The same consistency as the chocolate mud, has a delicious chocolate flavour combined with the taste of raspberries, suitable for all cake designs - a new flavour which is proving to be very popular

 

Vanilla

A moist Vanilla butter cake, also very popular, suitable for most cake designs

 

Caramel

Based on our moist butter cake with a rich caramel flavour throughout, suitable for most cake designs

 

Coconut

A moist butter cake consistency infused with rich coconut milk and soaked desicated coconut, suitable for most cake designs, a very popular atlernative to chocolate flavours.

 

Banana

A delicious vanilla based cake with fresh folded banana through and baked to perfection
this flavour is suitable for square and round based cake designs - not for 3D sculpted cakes

 

Orange poppy seed

A delicious moist cake incorporating fresh orange juice, finely grated rind and fresh poppy seeds. this flavour is suitable for square and round based cake designs - not for 3D sculpted cakes

 

Fruit

We believe we have the best fruitcake recipe, it is a moist deep brown coloured cake base with crushed pineapple and the very best quality dried fruit. we do not use nuts and cakes don't typically contain alcohol - if you would like rum in the cake we can produce these for you.

Again, this flavour has widespread popularity, often people who come into the store to taste the various samples say "no I don't like fruitcake" - are usually converted!

 

 

Gingerbread Cookies

these are a light gingerbread that kids love, there is a small amount of egg and flour, they are however nut free.

 

 

Special Dietary Requirements

 

Nut Free

All of our cakes and cupcakes are nut free, however chocolate is said to sometimes contain traces - if you need a truly nut free cake we suggest Vanilla or Banana we can do most sizes and designs in this recipe

 

Gluten Free

We can produce vanilla cakes/cupcakes as gluten free

there are limitations to the size of large cakes that can be produced and the designs are limited to square or round based designs or ideally we suggest additional gluten free cupcakes.

 

Dairy Free

We can produce all of our flavoured cakes/cupcakes (except fruit) as dairy free, we can do most sizes and designs in this recipee

 

Egg Free

We can produce vanilla cakes/cupcakes as egg free

there are limitations to the size of large cakes that can be produced and the designs are limited to square or round based designs or ideally we suggest cupcakes.
